How can I place an order?
You can place an order online through our website.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on any order over €80 within Greece and €190 within European Countries.
How is my order shipped?
For domestic shipments, we offer shipping with Geniki Tachydromiki or Tachydema in 1 to 4 business days. For EU or shipment to other countries, we use DHL express shipping (3-5 business days).
What are the shipping costs?
For shipping to Greece, we have a flat rate of € 2.70 and € 18 to EU countries.
Can I change my order?
You are kindly advised to check your order is correct before placing as we are usually unable to make changes to orders once they have been submitted. Our customer service team will do their best to serve you however please be aware this is not always possible. To start that process, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org straight away and we will aim to answer within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
Can I return the products that I bought?
We only accept returns and exchanges for unused, sealed products that are in re-saleable condition within 7 days from the day of receipt. As our products are ingestible, we are unable to accept returns of opened products. We don’t accept the return of free gifts. Please notice that returns have to incur shipping costs.
When can I expect my refund?
Refunds will be processed once the return has been received and processed by our warehouse. Refunds are processed back to the method of payment used when placing your original order. Credit card refunds can sometime take up to 2 weeks to be visible on your credit card statement, depending on the financial institution that issued the card.
